Are you a semi-retired insurance professional who still enjoys keeping things tidy, accurate, and under control — but without the full-time pressure?

We are a small, well-established insurance brokerage in North County Dublin looking for an experienced Part-Time Credit Controller to bring structure and confidence to our credit control and premium finance processes.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in an insurance broker environment, understands Open GI, and knows how premiums, commission, and insurer settlements really work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing credit control for client premiums and commission.

• Overseeing Premium Credit agreements and instalment tracking.

• Issuing client invoices and reconciling payments in Open GI.

• Matching client payments, insurer statements, and booked premiums.

• Closing off transactions accurately in Open GI.

• Transferring premiums to insurers and recording payments in Sage.

• Keeping everything aligned across Open GI, banking, and accounting.

This is a hands-on, transactional role — no sales, no targets, no firefighting — just making sure the numbers stack up and cashflow stays healthy.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in an insurance brokerage.

• Strong working knowledge of Open GI (essential).

• Experience with Premium Credit or similar premium finance providers.

• Comfortable reconciling premiums, commission, and insurer statements.

• Detail-focused, reliable, and happy working independently.
