We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Account Executive to support two senior Commercial Account Directors at a reputable broker.   • Engage in a comprehensive learning journey, gaining an in-depth understanding of commercial lines business.
  • Participate in monthly product training days alongside a supportive peer group.
  • Receive mentorship from leaders who prioritize staff development and client service.
  • Progress through hands-on projects and collaborative learning to identify and cultivate future leaders within the company.

The Role:

  • Begin with a structured introduction to the business, working closely with a Team Leader to evolve into a Commercial Account Executive and, eventually, an Account Director.
  • Master client interactions, needs assessments, and the application of tailored insurance solutions.
  • Build a personal client book with premiums up to €800k GWP (€140k in income) with opportunities to manage larger portfolios as you advance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide customized insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior directors on strategic initiatives and client engagements.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Manage a growing portfolio, with potential to oversee larger accounts.
